To cancel your reservation, simply click on the cancellation link included in your confirmation email. Please make sure to confirm your choice at the end of the process to ensure the cancellation is effective.
Please note that if you cancel after the deadline indicated in your confirmation email, your cancellation will be considered late and will incur the fees outlined in our policy, which you agreed to when making your reservation.

Please specify the name used for the reservation, the date, the time, and your explicit wish to cancel.
Without these details, we cannot manually process your request, and it may be considered a no-show, resulting in applicable fees as stated during the reservation.
Cancellation is only possible by these two means. Phone requests cannot be accepted to ensure reliable tracking.
Why are there fees even in case of late cancellation?
Over the years, we have unfortunately noticed some clients book multiple restaurants at once, to offer different options to their guests or partner, or make reservations without being sure to come, sometimes deciding last minute or without notice.
These practices prevent serious clients from booking, disrupt the team, and cause empty tables while the restaurant is full.
That is why we have implemented late cancellation (or no-show) fees:

If cancellation occurs after the deadline stated in your confirmation email, or if you do not come, fees may be charged.

This cancellation deadline is specified when booking (bank card hold) and reminded in your confirmation email.
It is usually a few hours before service begins, but can be exceptionally extended during high demand periods (holidays, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
This policy simply aims to ensure fair service, limit abuse, and allow all our clients to benefit from reliable reservations.
