Can I change the date, time, or number of people for my reservation?
To modify a reservation (time, number of guests, or date), simply click on the modification link provided in your reservation confirmation email. This link allows you to access your reservation management directly, subject to availability.
If you have lost your confirmation email, you can use the contact form available on our website by selecting "Modify a reservation":

Please clearly specify the name used for the reservation, the date, the original time, and the number of guests.
Important – Please read before requesting a date change:

Any change to the reservation date after the late cancellation deadline indicated in your confirmation email and validated at the time of booking will be considered a late cancellation and may incur late cancellation fees as specified at the time of booking.

This cancellation deadline is usually a few hours before the service starts but may be extended by one or more days during very busy periods (holidays, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
