However, regardless of how the request is made (online, by phone, by email, or on site), we never guarantee any specific seating and we never inform in advance whether such a request can be accommodated, whatever the reason may be.
Each service requires many real-time adjustments: logistical constraints, traffic flow, table rotation, welcoming guests with reduced mobility, temporary closure of a room, etc.
The possibility (or not) of accessing a specific seat may change until just a few minutes before your arrival, without us being able to inform you beforehand. A table that was not available at the time of booking may become free at the last moment, and the opposite is also possible.
Some requests may also be made simultaneously by several guests, sometimes well in advance. A reservation may seem "early," but another, with the same request, may have been recorded even earlier.
