If you do not receive a confirmation email within minutes of making your reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Check your spam and junk mail folder.
Sometimes, the confirmation email may end up there.
2. Make sure you waited for the final confirmation on our website after payment.
Validation by your bank does not mean your reservation is confirmed. You must wait until you are redirected to our website, where the Zenchef form will display the definitive confirmation of your reservation.
It takes some time for the bank to communicate with our reservation system. If you close the page too early, your reservation may not be registered, and you will have to start the process again.
3. Check the email address you entered when booking.
A typing error in your email address can prevent you from receiving the confirmation. In this case, your reservation is still recorded, the bank card imprint is registered, and you will be charged in case of a no-show, but you will not receive any email.
